Brock Martin, President and Managing Partner
Brock is focused on the financial responsibilities of the business both internally as well as for our partners and the projects we develop together. In addition, Brock oversees business development utilizing his experience in retail, high-density residential, office and healthcare.
A graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Brock’s previous business experience includes being involved in Latin American business development for Acxiom Corporation, as well as a leader for Strategic Alliances and Strategic Accounts for the company.
He is a Certified Commercial Investment Management (CCIM) candidate and International Conference Shopping Centers member, a member of the Arkansas Real Estate Association, and serves on the boards of Arkansas Easter Seals and Little Rock’s Midtown Redevelopment.
Seth R. Hatlestad, Partner, Vice President of Construction
From idea to design to construction is Orion’s integrated approach to successful development. And it’s Seth’s primary focus as he manages the build-out of projects for our clients and partners.
Experienced in a diversity of project categories, including retail, multi-family, office, healthcare, education, historic restoration and institutional structures, Seth brings a wealth of knowledge to our overall development expertise.
A Bachelor of Arts graduate of the University of Iowa, Seth’s professional resume includes work with Riis Borg Construction Company, Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., Vratsinas Construction Company and Robert Gibbs and Sons Mechanical Contractors. He is OSHA Certified and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Arkansas Real Estate Association.
Ben Lester, Vice President, Leasing & Brokerage
Ben's broad-based experience in the leasing and property management aspects of our business include retail development, office leasing, tenant representation and landlord representation. Formerly Ben was the principle broker of the The Milver Agency, Real Estate Solutions, a real estate firm located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he focused on both commercial and residential real estate sales. He was a multi-million dollar producer and earned the Platinum Level Award for Excellence in 2005. Ben’s expertise brings a total-service approach to both client projects and partnership ventures.
A graduate of University of Arkansas located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a member of the Arkansas Real Estate Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
